We are an "A" school!

Geneva Elementary is back on Victory Road!  We are an 'A' school once again!  Our teachers and students really worked hard this year and it shows! Congratulations to every single Mustang!  You Rock!

2018-19 Classroom Placements

Due to all of the evolving dynamics of creating the master schedule and placing students into grade level classrooms for next year, we again are unable to accept specific teacher requests for the next year.  However, we will still consider letters from parents which describe the type of classroom environment and teacher personality that they feel will help their child be most successful.
The last day to send these letters in to Administration will be May 25, 2018.

i-Ready is Here!

Welcome to the i-Ready Central Educator Ideas page!   Use this page to see how educators around the country are using i-Ready to drive student success.

For student access to iReady, please log in to the SCPS epassport site, (look for the black epassport square on the top right corner) and log in with the student credentials.  Students then will look for the iReady tile, and then can complete at home lessons. (At home lessons are only accessible on a laptop or PC computer.  Ipads/tablets are not compatible.)

District Visitor Policy!!!

Parents...Geneva Elementary is now implementing the new SCPS campus visitor policy.

This is a new policy and procedure that the school district has put into place at ALL schools and county offices.  Student, school, and staff safety is their utmost priority.   Upon entering our campus. please present your photo ID to our office secretary and she will scan it and present you with a visitor badge.  No visitor/dividend will be allowed onto our campus without a proper visitor badge.

Severe Rainy Day Dismissal

During major rain, lightning, wind, and thunder, we may have to delay the dismissal of our Geneva students to ensure their safety.

In that event, then we would house the Bus Riders in the Media Center & load them on to the bus straight from the front office.

Car riders would be housed inside the music room and dismissed only 4 at a time on numbers 6, 7, 8, and 9.  This will also keep our staff member (who announces names) dry and safe.

Walkers and biker riders would be held in the Music Room, which is building 02 near the Clinic.  We then would contact parents and  transition the students to car riders or at least wait out the severe weather.
